Welcome to the commencement of our three-day fasting and prayer journey for the month of May 2024, themed ‘Total Recovery’ (1 Peter 5:10).

As we start this spiritual odyssey, we are filled with anticipation and faith, believing that God’s hand is upon us for restoration and renewal in every aspect of our lives.

Today marks the beginning of our focused prayers, seeking divine intervention for salvation, provision, mercy, grace, direction, healing, deliverance, and personal breakthroughs.

Let us approach this time with hearts open, minds attentive, and spirits receptive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Join us as we enter today’s prayer guide, earnestly seeking God’s abundant blessings and total recovery. May His grace abound.

1. Thanksgiving: (Worship Songs Psalms 95:1-5)

• • Gracious God, I thank You for all You have been doing. We are crossing over to a new month with provision, protection, security, healing, peace, joy, etc.
  • Abba Father, thank You for declaring this month our month of total recovery. Thank You for watching over Your word and hastening to perform it in our lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

2. Mercy: (Proverbs 28:13, Psalms 25:6-7, Psalms 94:18)

• • Loving Father, I confess and lay bare all my sins before You this day. Forgive me and blot out my transgressions. Grant me Your mercy, Lord, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  • Merciful Father, remember me according to Your mercy. For Your goodness sake, O Lord, grant me total victory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

3. Grace: (Ephesians 2:8-9, Psalms 51:12)

• • Oh Lord my Savior, Your grace found me and I received salvation. Daddy, locate my unsaved family and loved ones by Your grace with the miracle of salvation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
  • My Father, my Father, we pray for the restoration of our brethren who have fallen from faith or backslidden. Restore to them the joy of their salvation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

4. Direction: (1 Samuel 30:8-9, Proverbs 3:5-6, Proverbs 11:14)

• • El Roi, the God that sees me, I trust Your lead. Please arise and help me on my journey to total recovery. Let me hear and heed Your instructions. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
  • The Beginning and End, any man/woman/system/structure that I need for my total recovery, direct them to me. Lord, remove evil and unwise counsel from me. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

5. Healing: (1 Peter 2:24; Malachi 4:2, Isaiah 61:1d)

• • Jesus, my great physician, by Your power, I receive my healing right now. I am healed of this disease. [Mention it] in Jesus’ Mighty name, Amen.
  • Many have been physically, materially, spiritually, and emotionally bruised in their marriages or relationships; pray that our Father’s healing touch will come upon them for a new work of comfort, healing, and peace.

6. Deliverance: (Isaiah 61:1-3, Obadiah 17)

• • I receive the deliverance power of the Lord right now. I come against captivity, bondage, yoke of rising and falling, wastage, stagnation, nothing to show, servicing negativity with my money, etc. Break right now in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
  • Powers that make men/women toil all night, to work as an elephant, eat as an ant, I am not your candidate; be terminated by fire, fire, fire. NOW!!!
  • On this mount of the Lord, I, [Your name], family, receive my deliverance and I possess my possessions. [Declare all you are taking back]
