It’s a relatable concern to wonder about the consequences of not praying. We often beat ourselves up over this “sin” and assume God must be angry with us.
It is true that God gets angry. However, when we ask if God is mad at us, Psalm 145:8 says otherwise.
“𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣; 𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙮”
God won’t be throwing a tantrum because you missed a prayer session. He will miss your company, though, as prayer is our way of communicating with Him.
